Pouligny St Pierre

Pouligny St Pierre is a small village north-west of Le Blanc in the Brenne regional natural park, which is famous for its fine cheese; one of the rare goats' milk cheeses to have an appellation d'origine controllee (AOC) label.

The cheese is a pyramid-shape, with a fine and slightly blueish crust.
